"JUSTICON" is a Ukrainian legal company founded in 2008 in the city of Kyiv. We specialize in helping to resolve legal issues for domestic and foreign legal entities and individuals.

DIRECTIONS OF WORK:

• Corporate law: we prepare legal documents, carry out registration and other necessary actions related to the creation, amendment and liquidation of legal entities and registration of other types of activities.
• Licensing, permits, certification: we obtain all types of permits necessary for business operations, certify goods and services, accompany license inspections, provide labor protection outsourcing services.
• Legal practice: we protect the interests of clients in courts, help recover debts, appeal decisions of regulatory bodies, accompany the execution of court decisions, make attorney's requests.
• Tax and legal consulting: we help to understand complex legal and tax issues, prepare and proofread contracts and other legal documents, provide verbal and written advice on any legal issues.
• Migration law: we prepare documents and accompany foreigners at all stages of the legalization of their stay in Ukraine (obtaining TIN, work permits, residence permits, citizenship, etc.), and consult on migration issues.
• Legal and accounting subscriber service: we provide constant legal and accounting support for enterprises, consult on any issues, submit reports, undergo inspections, create and proofread documentation.

To work in each direction, we have formed separate departments. Each of them is staffed by qualified lawyers and attorneys who specialize in the relevant field of law and have not only general theoretical knowledge, but also practical experience in solving specific problems of clients.
