What documents are needed to obtain a taxpayer card in Ukraine?
A foreigner planning to work, open a bank account, or conduct transactions in Ukraine must obtain a taxpayer identification number (TIN).
The registration number is assigned by the State Tax Service of Ukraine. Applications for this service must be submitted at the Taxpayers' Service Centers of the Tax Service.

Documents required for a foreign national without a residence permit (no TRP):

Valid foreign passport;

Notarized translation of the passport into Ukrainian, plus a copy;

Copy of the page showing entry into Ukraine within the last 180 days or a copy of Ukrainian visa.
Documents required for a foreign national with a residence permit (TRP) in Ukraine:

Residence permit in Ukraine (temporary or permanent) and a copy;

Certificate (extract from Diia app) of registered place of residence in Ukraine and a copy.
