Since 2019, the Republic of Belarus is not included in this list, documents for use between Ukraine and the Republic of Belarus require an apostille.

From 2022, the russian federation is not included in this list, documents for use between Ukraine and the russian federation require an apostille.

From May 19, 2024, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan are excluded from this list.
