List of countries with which Ukraine has concluded international agreements, which cancel the requirement to additionally* receive any confirmation of the validity of documents in the form of an apostille or legalization

* That is, to use Ukrainian documents in these countries, or vice versa, documents issued by government agencies of these countries in Ukraine, there is no need to apply for an apostille or undergo consular legalization; they remain valid in the form in which they were issued in their country of origin.

During martial law in Ukraine:

• Documents issued in Azerbaijan, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and russia until February 24, 2022, are accepted without an apostille;
• Documents from the Republic of Belarus are accepted without an apostille, regardless of the date of issue.
